Remove (10) dead and fire burned severe fire hazard large trees and lots of limbs or wooden tree pieces approx. 60 limbs that have fallen down and are in the way of accessing the property as they are dangerous and in the way of the driveway access to the property. There are also separate tree stumps that need to be grinded and removed. That will required stump grinder to rent with other landscaping tools like chainsaw, woodchipper, approximately 200 cyds of debris will be generated removing trees.
Demolish and remove a wooden outbuilding approximately 600 SQFT in size. Structure is severely damaged, deteriorated, and rotten, creating a safety hazard. Due to the extent of the damage, the outbuilding is beyond repair and requires complete demolition and removal. Work includes labor, necessary equipment, haul away, and disposal of all generated debris.
Remove temporary boarding from a single-car garage door custom size. Remove the existing damaged overhead garage door and replace it with a new custom overhead garage door with roller, spring and any necessary hardware. The existing door is broken beyond repair and has been temporarily boarded for security; the boarding must be removed prior to door removal.
Remove (1) ABOVE-GROUND PROPANE TANK & DISPOSE, need to remove safely and dispose (1) 250 gallon propane tank located near fence line outside of the property, need to verify disconnection of it to prevent safety hazard, transport and dispose to damp properly, in order to prevent health hazard.
Install a pool cover on an in-ground swimming pool approximately 35 ft x 18 ft to secure the area and prevent a fall hazard. Installation will be completed after draining the pool and performing the initial shock and treatment.
Demolish and remove (3) detached outbuilding/coop structures located in rear yard area. Structures are deteriorated and not permanent construction, creating safety hazard, pest harborage risk, and obstruction to yard maintenance. Bid includes full dismantling of all three coop structures including wood framing, wire mesh/cage materials, tarp coverings and generated debris removal.
